Mentoring
Over the past decades, I have trained more than one million people, and by the age of twenty-seven I was already leading and mentoring tens of thousands. Nearly four decades of experience have shown me that mentoring is one of the most important tools and opportunities for turning dreams into reality. When someone comes up with an idea or defines their goals, it is essential that they remain open to new information and be willing to accept help and support. We can achieve anything if we seek advice and mentoring from people who have already accomplished what we are preparing to do, and who have serious experience in what we may not even have begun yet. Asking for mentoring and support is not a weakness, but a virtue — a way to improve our destiny and become successful.
”Successful mentoring requires both a MENTOR and a MENTEE, because help can only be given to someone who is willing to receive it. It is important that the mentee be honest with the mentor and clearly outline their vision in full detail, because only in this way can the MENTOR truly step into the situation — and only then can that chemistry and energy arise which form the foundation of mentoring.
I will never forget that, as a college student — without a salary and without life experience — I became the leader and mentor of people who already had serious careers and incomes. I had not even received my degree yet, and still doctors, professors, and teachers listened to me, and I was able to lead them. All of this happened because I began working in a brand-new field: in 1992, I was marketing water purification systems. I recognized that the real task was not to sell the water purifier itself, but to communicate the importance of clean water. In this field, I embraced my own vision and outlook for the future — something new to those who were listening, yet something with which they were able to identify through my belief, my conviction, and my enthusiasm.
In my twenties, I led and mentored tens of thousands of people. They defined their goals and their dreams, and I did everything I could to prepare them and guide them all the way there.
The foundation of successful MENTORING is leading by example. You can expect from others only what you yourself have already done, because the essence of mentoring is that you provide continuous motivation to the mentee, inspire them, guide and monitor them, nourish them with your knowledge and experience, and offer feedback for their growth. But perhaps the most important part of all is that you show the way.
Mentoring permeates our entire lives, as parents also “mentor” their children. Of course, we usually call this parenting, but ideally, instead of trying to “raise” children through correction alone, parents would lead them through their own example and by setting a living example. Once a child has to be corrected or disciplined, something has already gone wrong. LEADING BY EXAMPLE — MENTORING — is the right way. Let us look at an example to illustrate the difference between mentoring and conventional upbringing. A child is overweight and does not feel comfortable in their own skin. They drink sugary sodas and eat at fast-food restaurants, and hardly move at all; physical activity is missing from their life, and their eating habits are irregular. The parent sees this and tries to correct or discipline the child, speaks to them about it — but the question is whether this will truly achieve the desired result.
01
They may tell the child that it is not right, but the real question is: do they show them what is right?
The child sees the parents’ life — they see how they manage their time, whether they take medication and, if so, how much, what their eating habits are like, and whether physical activity is part of their life. In practice, they see everything.
02
Mentor parents lead by example. They live in such a way that their child can take them as a model, because everything is copied.
They place healthy food on the table and make time for their child. The child sees when they work out or play sports, and what is more, they involve their child in the world of physical activity, so they do it together. The parents’ shopping habits also influence the child. It makes a real difference what the child sees in the refrigerator or in the pantry. I could go on listing examples like these, but one thing I can say with certainty: mentoring based on personal example is what can most effectively raise young people, their parents, and therefore families, the business world, and society as a whole to a higher level of awareness.

It is not about “me,” but about “us.” The foundation of successful mentoring is that when we lift others, we rise as well.
As the years went by, I came to realize that the truest and most complete form of mentoring is ENERGETIC MENTORING.
The human being, as a child of the Universe, is not merely a physical, material existence, but an energetic system through which they are able to establish energetic connections with the other surrounding energies around them — including other people. And because everything is energy, it is not only the MENTOR who influences the mentee; the mentee is also affected by other energies and other influences. The real question is whether the energies reaching a person support their destiny or work against it. In today’s world, where marketing constantly pours information onto people and television continually streams negative impulses, it is often difficult to maintain an ideal energy level. Yet one of the most important foundations of raising our energy level is precisely the ability to sustain it.
Thus, I saw that the time had come to show people the truth, and I launched Energetic Mentoring and the training connected to it. This is the highest level of mentoring, offering complete and full support.
People need to come to know the truth about themselves. We cannot build everything solely on the physical body, because that makes up only 5.6% of our total being — the rest is energy. In the universe as well, only 5% is matter; the rest is energy. Everything is energy. Everything vibrates, everything resonates — and it is within this sea of energy that we live our lives and exist. Our own energetic system is formed through the energies of the cosmos and the Earth. Just as the physical body has its organs, our energetic system also has its own organs. Without claiming to be exhaustive, let us look at a few examples and insights related to this.

Perfect mentoring treats daily rational decisions and energetic connections as one unified whole. What matters is never what happens to us, but how we respond to what happens to us — precisely because everything is energy.
A few thoughts:
- Whatever we do in life will have energetic consequences, because we can receive from life only what we give to it.
- There is no good and no bad. Everything is happening for a reason to us.
- Our thoughts have creative power — many people already know this. It is therefore clear that one of the most important tasks of mentoring is to support the mentee in developing the right way of thinking, so that they can find their own true and destined path.
- The more effectively a person’s energetic system functions, the more successful they become in life, and the more deeply they come into balance with themselves and with the world.
- I am grateful that I have been able to be part of the growth and transformation of so many people, because without change there is no progress. Change is eternal.
- It is an uplifting experience to be part of the combined growth of rational life and the energetic system. It is wonderful to witness people changing, growing, and finding their own path.
